“Boys From the Void” is a retro, sci-fi inspired collection that is targeted

towards 8-10 year old boys. The rambunctious and curious nature of this demographic is celebrated through this collection and strongly inspired both aesthetic and practical elements.

This collection alludes to nostalgic silhouettes, while also experimenting with

modern designs and materiality. Each garment was designed to suit the active,

unpredictable lifestyles of these boys. For example, I selected soft, stretchy tech

fabrics to ensure comfort and heavy duty materials to ensure sustainability.

I used electric, neon colors mixed with dark and metallic-toned materiality to create a

color story in accordance with the retro, sci-fi theme.
